House in Flux
Geez, another seven days. Will this deal ever close? Due to a poorly done appraisal which valued the house $15,000 lower than the agreed upon price, the buyers need another seven days to organize their loan. Good news is they've signed off on the physical contingencies. YEA! We want to sell it. They want to buy it. And Wells Fargo will determine if this deal goes through. Geez!
